Sales - Digital Forensics Unit Nordic

As a Sales representative, you will work with offering, advising, demonstrating, and educating about IT-forensic, Cryptocurrency, OSINT and other solutions to new and existing customers.

You are focused on delivering high quality, able to be flexible, and very service-oriented to the customers and suppliers. You are also strong in communication and get along with all types of customers. You can remain calm, even under pressure, and deliver high quality. You are results-oriented and have the capacity to sell independently and lead (sales) projects. You closely follow the market and the developments of our suppliers, and you are the listening ear for our customers.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Work closely with Danish/Swedish colleague(s)
- Independently manage sales projects within IT-forensics, OSINT and Cryptocurrency products
- Some travel within the Nordic countries is expected
- Maintain knowledge of the products, services, and trainings we offer
- Conduct web-based demonstrations sometimes together with vendors
- Be available to assist in other business areas such as Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Training
Experience requirements:
- Proven consultative sales approach
- Strong commercial communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Team spirit while being able to work independently (e.g., have a conversation with a customer to thoroughly assess their needs, plan and conduct demo meetings)
- Resourceful, ambitious with a high degree of independence
- Proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language, both spoken and written
Spoken communication skills in Danish is preferred
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of or experience in the IT-forensic market, products, and services
- Knowledge and/or experience working with forensic tools and related services
- Knowledge, experience, and/or affinity with counter-crime and anti-fraud methods and technology
- Previous work experience as a forensic investigator within law enforcement agencies
- Experience with IT-forensic products like Magnet, Cellebrite, MSAB, Exterro etc
